Can I track vehicles on mobile and desktop?
Yes. You get a web dashboard accessible from any browser plus Android
and iOS mobile apps. Live tracking, alerts, and history are all available on mobile.
What alerts does the tracking system support?
Common alerts include: overspeed, harsh braking, long idling, ignition
on/off, towing detection, geofence entry/exit, and unauthorised movement. Alert types depend
on the device model used.
Does tracking work in low-network or remote areas?
In low network areas, the GPS device buffers location data locally and
automatically syncs with the cloud when connectivity returns. Full trip playback is still
available after reconnection.
Can multiple users/managers access the same fleet?
Yes. You can set up multiple user accounts with role-based access —
owner, manager, operator — so each person only sees and does what is relevant to them.
How long does GPS installation take per vehicle?
Typically 30–60 minutes per vehicle for standard wiring. For large
fleets, we plan parallel team installation to minimise downtime. We also offer training for
your team after installation.
Can geofences trigger public address announcements?
Yes. Our vehicle tracking integrates natively with our PA system. When a
tracked vehicle enters a configured geofence (e.g., depot arrival), a pre-set audio
announcement can be triggered automatically.
