Vehicle Tracking

GPS tracking, alerts, routes and fleet management

Can I track vehicles on mobile and desktop?
Yes. You get a web dashboard accessible from any browser plus Android and iOS mobile apps. Live tracking, alerts, and history are all available on mobile.
What alerts does the tracking system support?
Common alerts include: overspeed, harsh braking, long idling, ignition on/off, towing detection, geofence entry/exit, and unauthorised movement. Alert types depend on the device model used.
Does tracking work in low-network or remote areas?
In low network areas, the GPS device buffers location data locally and automatically syncs with the cloud when connectivity returns. Full trip playback is still available after reconnection.
Can multiple users/managers access the same fleet?
Yes. You can set up multiple user accounts with role-based access — owner, manager, operator — so each person only sees and does what is relevant to them.
How long does GPS installation take per vehicle?
Typically 30–60 minutes per vehicle for standard wiring. For large fleets, we plan parallel team installation to minimise downtime. We also offer training for your team after installation.
Can geofences trigger public address announcements?
Yes. Our vehicle tracking integrates natively with our PA system. When a tracked vehicle enters a configured geofence (e.g., depot arrival), a pre-set audio announcement can be triggered automatically.

Fuel Monitoring

Theft detection, refuels, consumption and efficiency

Can it really detect fuel theft?
Yes. Sudden drops in fuel level (especially when the vehicle is parked with ignition off) trigger instant alerts. Threshold rules are configurable to minimise false alarms and match your vehicle's normal consumption pattern.
Will fuel monitoring work on my vehicle type?
Most vehicles are supported. Sensor compatibility depends on tank shape, size, and vehicle category. Our engineers confirm compatibility during the free site assessment before installation.
How accurate are the fuel level readings?
Accuracy is very high with proper sensor calibration. Tank-specific calibration maps raw sensor values to actual fuel volume. This gives reliable trend data and accurate event detection (refuels and drains).
Can I verify actual refuel quantity vs the bill?
Yes. Every refuel event is logged with time, location (when tracking is enabled), and the measured quantity change — so you can cross-check fuel bills and prevent fraudulent claims.
How long does fuel sensor installation take?
Typically 60–120 minutes per vehicle, which includes sensor fitting, wiring, and tank calibration. Calibration requires an initial fill test to map accurate volume readings.

Public Address System

IP speakers, zone management, scheduling and integrations

Do I need a dedicated server to run the PA system?
No. Our PA system is fully cloud-hosted. IP speakers connect to your local LAN, WiFi, or a 4G gateway. No on-premises server is required — the cloud dashboard handles all configuration and scheduling.
Can we use our existing speakers with your system?
Often yes. Passive speakers can work with IP amplifier adapters; analog active speakers can use SIP-ATA converters. Our team assesses compatibility during the free site survey at no charge.
What happens if the internet goes down during a broadcast?
Each IP speaker unit has local flash storage. Pre-scheduled announcements and emergency audio continue playing autonomously from local cache. Normal cloud sync resumes automatically when connectivity is restored.
How many zones and speakers can I configure?
There is no hard limit. Our platform scales from a 10-speaker single-depot setup to thousands of speakers across a city-wide network. You can create unlimited zones and assign any number of speakers to each.
Does it support multi-language announcements?
Yes. You can upload pre-recorded audio files in any language (Hindi, English, regional languages) and assign them to specific zones. TTS (text-to-speech) via cloud engine is also supported.
Can an operator broadcast live from a phone or PC?
Yes. Operators can push live broadcasts to selected zones directly from the web dashboard or mobile app. Useful for real-time announcements like gate changes or emergency situations.

CCTV Installation

Surveillance, recording, remote access and integrations

Can I view CCTV footage remotely on my phone?
Yes. Our CCTV systems support remote viewing via mobile apps and web browsers with secure login. You can view live feeds and review recordings from anywhere with an internet connection.
How long is footage stored?
Storage duration depends on camera resolution, number of cameras, and storage capacity (local DVR/NVR or cloud). Typical local setups range from 7–30 days. We configure the system based on your required retention period.
Do you install CCTV on vehicles as well?
Yes. We install mobile DVR (MDVR) systems with cameras on buses, trucks, and fleet vehicles. These record trip footage locally and optionally stream live to a central dashboard for review.
Can CCTV events trigger alerts or PA announcements?

Does it work with contractor-operated fleets?
Yes. Whether you run your own fleet or use contractors, the monitoring platform works the same way. You can track contractor vehicles, measure shift performance, and generate proof-based compliance reports.
Can the system feed into smart city dashboards?

What if the waste vehicle's network drops mid-route?
GPS devices buffer location points locally and sync automatically when the network returns. Full route playback is available after reconnection, so you never lose coverage proof for a shift.

Can visitor parking be managed separately from residents?
Yes. You can define different slot categories and rules for residents, staff, and visitors. Each category can have separate access policies, time limits, and pass requirements.
Do we need special hardware for QR passes?
Not necessarily. QR validation can work on existing mobile devices used by gate staff with no additional hardware. Dedicated QR scanners or barrier gates can be added if needed.
Can Smart Parking integrate with CCTV?
Yes. Gate cameras can be linked to the parking system for visual verification at entry, vehicle identification, and proof during disputes or incidents.
Can we track overstays and violations automatically?
